李新

 

李新,1969年生,男,博士,研究员,博导,实验室主任。主要从事陆面数据同化、遥感和GIS在水文水资源及冰冻圈研究中的应用、流域集成研究。主要学术贡献为发展了中国西部陆面数据同化系统、设计并和同行一起组织实施了“黑河综合遥感联合试验(WATER)”和“黑河生态水文遥感试验(HiWATER)”,建立了中国冰冻圈信息系统和“数字黑河”。
